Returns & Exchange

Hi all,

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. As a result we offer 2 weeks return policy.

To be eligible for a return:

-Your item must be in its original condition, unworn and with their tags attached.  We can only accept returned goods that arrive in their original condition.

-If you receive your product and its damaged please email us on accounts@northboho.com.au with a description and photos and we will email you back with the correct procedure.

-Please do not send any items without return authorization.  You can email us on accounts@nothboho.com.au and we will advise details and delivery address.

-Once your return is received and inspected  we will notify you via email to confirm your refund. If your refund is approved we will refund straight back onto your original method of payment. Please allow 7 working days for this payment to appear in your account.

-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. This cost is non refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

-If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retail proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.

All returns must be posted back in padded envelopes due to paper envelopes ripping during transit and goods arriving damaged.

Please note: Unfortunately we do not offer refund or exchange on earrings due to hygiene reasons.  Also we do not refund or exchange Sale Items.
